Mother's Day Gift Ideas...

Sorry I have been MIA lately on the blogging front! It has been a crazy busy spring, so I am just getting back in the swing.  Although this is rather short notice, I wanted to round up some fun gift ideas for this coming Mother's Day.  I found a few picks for spring, some with personalization to create a special gift for your mother or grandmother!

As a side note, I think I can speak for most Moms of (particularly) small children when I say this...If you really want to give your Mom the best day, (rather than a material gift) how about a sweet hand-made card and a day OFF from the daily Mom tasks? This means, do NOT let your Mom go near the kitchen, laundry room, pantry, carpool calendar, etc...you get the idea. Instead, give her a swift nudge in the direction of the front door, and tell her to go for a run, a coffee, the book store, massage, mimosas with her girlfriends, WHATEVER.  She is guaranteed to return refreshed and recharged and ready to be Mom again....at least until that dishwasher needs unloading again ; )
