ND Bedroom wallpaper options

We decided it would be fun to do wallpaper in the bedrooms, either the top half of the walls to the chair-rail moulding, or possibly a statement wall that holds the bed, just to make it more economical.

I could literally peruse wallpapers for days and I love the idea of using these fun bold graphic papers to give a bedroom some character and warmth.

1) TEXTURAL - I have always wanted to do a textural paper like grasscloth, faux bois (wood), etc wallpaper as they give cabin-y warm and cozy vibes. I wrote a blog post about faux wood wallpapers several years ago, so I am considering the Thibaut Eastwood, offered in various colors and shades. I am considering Off-White, Cream, and Grey

2) LARGE SCALE - TRELLIS/MOROCCAN/MEDALLION/GEOMETRIC/FLORAL - I love the bold statement of a large scale Moroccan pattern or geometric floral. Some of the favorites below....

3) PLAID or STRIPE - Love the clean and rythmic vibe of a large scape stripe or plaid. Plaids give an academic vibe perfect for a college campus (perhaps a nod to the old school plaid uniforms!?)

4) SMALL SCALE - Also love the calm and cozy vibe of a small scale pattern....

5) I have always had a love for Chinoiserie and other mural-esque type papers  - but for this home I think it gives too formal a vibe....
